With a 22 year career in Real Estate and 16 years as Property Manager at Elders Lifestyle Group (formally known as Winsome) Carrolyn Dodds-Heuston boasts a solid knowledge of Property Management and all that it entails. Born and bred in Kempsey, Carrolyn has an exceptional knowledge of the local area, which when combined with her many years of experience in the industry ensures she has a solid understanding of the current rental market conditions.
In her role she gets to know her clients and takes pride in delivering up to date, relevant and fair advice. With so many legislative requirements involved in property management her keen eye for detail ensures her clients are thoroughly informed throughout the leasing and management process. Carrolyn is very passionate about her role and is dedicated to delivering quality service in a timely manner to ensure positive results for landlords and tenants alike. Outside of work she loves spending time with family, her new beautiful grandson, catching up with friends for a coffee and time with her partner of 30 years.
